Katie/Kate Spade
So I have this very talented friend. She just got a job at Kate Spade as a designer. But she interned there this summer, so everyone already knows her and they love her. For Valentines Day they asked their designers to make VDay illustrations. They can all be seen here. Katie (my talented bff) designed this. BIG LOVE. She sent it to me in the mail. It sits by my desk with me and makes me happy. BIG LOVE.

Studio Gelardi
This guy is called "Shfood chop chop". I love when objects start to redefine user relation (kinda like the snuggie): "Shfud (read: Shfood) is about creating new motions in the kitchen that will inspire new ways of preparing food and a new generation of chefs.
Studio Gelardi is also home to the bike chalk fun that everyones been talking about (contrail)
[Contrail is a tool for developing bicycle communities. As you ride, contrail leaves a faint chalk line behind your bike. The goal is to encourage a new cycle of biking participation by allowing the biking community to leave a unique mark on the road and to reclaim this crucial shared space. The new cycle: A few bicyclists ride with contrail a couple times per week --> faint lines on the road inspire curiosity and remind bikers where it's safe to ride --> new bikers are encouraged to ride and use contrail --> contrail lines get brighter as community grows.]
check out their other stuff at http://gelardi.com/portfolio/contrail/.
Mom, you should prolly go for a bike ride tomorrow.
The Chopping Ball could be what every kitchen is missing. Toss your food into the ball. A simple bouncing motion will dice and chop anything from onions to nuts without flying all over the kitchen. Useful for real chefs while being fun and easy for brand new ones."

Ted talks/welcome/blue means link.
Hello and welcome.
I plan to share with you what I see each day.
To begin:
1. when something is blue with a line under it, its a link and you should prolly click on it.
2. I love Tedtalks. I'll prolly post a lot here. But to begin I really think you should watch this tedtalk by Mena Trott. She's great. Shes "The founding mother of the blog revolution, Movable Type's Mena Trott, talks about the early days of blogging, when she realized that giving regular people the power to share our lives online is the key to building a friendlier, more connected world."
ready set click on thissssss
3. just to bring you up to speed. I did not make this (click there) but I've prolly shown you most of those items. take your time, just watch them. cause as the title of the website states you've prolly already experienced these "unless you are a loser or old or something"
yay! look at me mom! i'm blogging!!
